Today’s training plan builds on our basic Strength and Conditioning foundation, with some game specific skills.
ASSEMBLY 6.30pm – 6.50pm (West Potomac High School Gym)
- Safety Briefing. Re-introduce core safety and health rules in the Gym
- Activity Briefing. Outline double circuit program
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SESSION 1 – 7.00pm – 7.40pm
- Forwards. Volume Circuit
- Backs. Weight Circuit
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SESSION 2 – 7.45pm – 8.25pm
- Forwards. Weight Circuit
- Backs. Volume Circuit
CORE SKILLS SESSION 1- 8.30pm – 8.50pm
- RCP (Run/Catch/Pass). 2 v 1 Drills
WARM DOWN PERIOD 8.50pm – 9pm
- Active Stretching & Warm Down.
