Fitness Program 03rd – 30th July 2017

A detailed training plan to assist you in building towards the 2018 Fitness and Conditioning standards for the Warriors has been developed.  Each month a new program will be loaded into the site/app, which is designed to help you improve towards attaining these targets by the beginning of the 2018 season.  Individual adjustments to the plan can be found in your individual “Personal” pages.
